The annual lot draw for the 2009 BIA Parade of Homes was held Aug. 6 where 14 builders declared their intent to be participants in the 2009 Parade to be held at Tartan Ridge in Dublin.
“It goes without saying, 14 builders is outstanding,” says Jim Hilz, executive director, BIA of Central Ohio. “Dublin–area parade sites always generate high attendance, which in turn inspires builders to want to participate.”

Tartan Ridge is the joint venture development of The Edwards Land Company and the  Romanelli & Hughes Building Company, with The Edwards Land Company serving as developer. The upscale residential community has more than 40 percent of land dedicated to parkland and will be appointed with pathways, trails and direct access to the local schools, Glacier Ridge Metro Park and a neighborhood shopping center.

Homes will range in price from $600,000 on up and the community will have a charming consistency throughout along with unique architectural styles for each home.
